CHRIST University Invites Entries For FLAIR 2026 Legal Writing Competition On Fashion Law, AI & Innovation
The Law & Technology Committee, School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), in collaboration with the Fashion Law Journal has announced the inaugural edition of FLAIR 2026: Fashion Law, AI & Innovation Review, a legal writing competition aimed at fostering discourse at the intersection of fashion, law, and emerging technologies.
As technological advancements continue to reshape the fashion industry, legal questions surrounding intellectual property, artificial intelligence, digital commerce, sustainability, data privacy, and consumer protection have assumed increasing significance. FLAIR 2026 seeks to provide law students across the country with a platform to critically engage with these contemporary issues through scholarly writing and interdisciplinary research.
The competition invites submissions in the form of Research Articles, Case Analyses, and Case Studies centred around the theme, “Fashion Law & Technology: Regulating Innovation in a Digital World.” Open to undergraduate and postgraduate law students from recognised institutions across India, the competition aims to encourage original scholarship and meaningful dialogue in the evolving field of Fashion Law.
The winning submission will be published on the Fashion Law Journal website, while the second and third-place submissions, along with other selected entries, will be featured on the Law & Technology Committee website. Additionally, the top three position holders will be offered one-month editorial internships with the Fashion Law Journal.
FLAIR 2026 aspires to serve as a forum for legal scholarship and innovation, bringing together students, researchers, and young professionals to explore the dynamic relationship between fashion, technology, and law.
