IDIA Rajasthan Announces Winners Of 3rd IDIA–IC RegFin Legal Essay Writing Competition
The IDIA Rajasthan Chapter has announced the results of the 3rd Edition of the IDIA–IC RegFin Legal Essay Writing Competition, organised in partnership with IC RegFin Legal and in collaboration with the NLUJ Law Review Blog.
The competition received more than 350 registrations from law students across India. It sought to encourage legal research and writing while supporting IDIA's objective of expanding access to legal education for students from underprivileged backgrounds.
Participants were invited to write on a range of contemporary legal and policy issues, including investment law and alternative investment funds, corporate governance and sustainability, digital commerce, insider trading and algorithmic trading, financial innovation, online dispute resolution, and global market integration.
Following the evaluation process, the winners are:

Priysha Malviya and Arjit Bansal — National Law University, Delhi
Runner-Up
Shobit Goel — National Law University, Jodhpur
Second Runner-Up
Krrish Saha and Anjana Prakash — National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi
The winners will receive a cash prize of ₹25,000, while the runner-up and second runner-up will receive ₹15,000 and ₹10,000, respectively.
The top two winning essays will also be considered for publication on the NLUJ Law Review Blog, subject to its editorial and publication standards. In addition, the winners will have an opportunity to intern with IC RegFin Legal.
The competition is part of the IDIA Rajasthan Chapter's fundraising initiatives, with the proceeds contributing to the IDIA Charitable Trust and its efforts to improve access to legal education.
The IDIA Rajasthan Chapter congratulated the winners and thanked all participants for their contributions and engagement with the competition.
