NLU Odisha Invites Submissions For Short Film Making Competition On 'Campus Romance: Heartbeats And Heartbreak In The Hallways'
The Centre for Film Studies at National Law University Odisha invites students from recognised higher education institutions across India to participate in its Short Film Making Competition. The theme, “Campus Romance: Heartbeats and Heartbreak in the Hallways,” invites participants to portray romantic relationships, emotional connections, and interpersonal dynamics within a campus setting. Interpretations may range from light-hearted narratives to serious, reflective, or unconventional perspectives, provided they remain aligned with the core theme.
Film submissions must be made in MP4 or MOV format and should have a duration of five to ten minutes, including opening and end credits. Participants are required to submit an original short film, and films in languages other than English must include subtitles. Each submission must also include a 100–150 word synopsis.
Participation is open to students currently enrolled in recognised higher education institutions, and each participant may submit only one entry. The registration fee is ₹300 for individual participation. The last date for registration is 15 March 2026.
