Justice U.U. Lalit, Former Chief Justice of India and Distinguished Jurist Professor at HNLU, will be delivering the 3rd Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Lecture at Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) on 30th, January 2024 on the theme 'Law & Ethics in an Era of Artificial Intelligence: The Gandhian Perspective'.

HNLU has instituted the Annual Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Lecture on 30th January to commemorate the Martyrs Day. This year's Memorial Lecture will be held at the University Auditorium at 4.30 p.m. with former CJI as the speaker and to be presided by Prof. (Dr.) V.C. Vivekanandan, Vice-Chancellor of HNLU.

The Memorial Lecture aims to invite Jurists to disseminate Gandhian values interfacing with law and social sciences to inspire and benefit the law students and legal fraternity.

All students, faculty members, and enthusiasts of legal and ethical studies are invited to join this enlightening lecture. The Memorial Lecture will also be streamed Live on HNLU's Official YouTube Channel
