Symbiosis Law School Noida wins 22nd KK Luthra Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2026

The competition witnessed participation from over 160 teams. Out of these, 72 teams qualified for the Oral Rounds, comprising 62 National and 10 International teams. In this highly competitive and diverse field, the SLS-NOIDA team demonstrated exceptional advocacy, rigorous research, and strategic courtroom acumen.

The proposition involved intricate questions of criminal law, particularly a trial on the charge of Culpable Homicide Not Amounting to Murder, requiring nuanced statutory interpretation, appreciation of evidentiary principles, and precise articulation of arguments.

Amidst formidable national and international competition, the SLS-NOIDA team ultimately emerged as the Best Team / Winners. The Winners' Award included the Trophy of Winners, a Cash Prize worth ₹40,000, and a prestigious hamper of 9 books authored by distinguished jurists and scholars, including works by Fali S. Nariman.
