The National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal has announced that its team comprising Anaya Muchhal and Kriti Sharma as speakers, along with Vidhushi Jaiswal as researcher, emerged as the winner of the 5th National Moot Court Competition, 2026, organised by Army Law College, Pune.
The competition was held on March 27–28, 2026 in Pune and focused on themes of Constitutional Law and the Information Technology Act, while also addressing contemporary legal issues relating to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, Artificial Intelligence, and privacy. The event witnessed participation from leading law schools across India.
The NLIU team delivered a strong performance in the final rounds, demonstrating effective advocacy and legal research, along with a clear understanding of complex legal issues and the evolving intersection between technology and law.
The NLIU administration and the Student Bar Association (SBA) congratulated the team on this achievement and extended their best wishes for the future.
