The 9th National Symposium on Landmark Judgment of 2025 is a flagship annual event hosted by Think India which involves a discussion on the landmark judgments in the preceding year. Through this initiative, we aim to gather legal luminaries, scholars, and practitioners for profound discussions, exchange of perspectives, and critical analysis of landmark judgments of the preceding year that have significantly shaped the legal landscape of our nation.

Think India has successfully organized Eight editions of the National Symposium on Landmark Judgments in the past, each receiving an overwhelming response from law students, legal luminaries, and scholars. Past editions of the National Symposium on Landmark Judgments have delved into crucial issues, sparking insightful discussions on topics such as the Right to Privacy, Private Property, Electoral Bonds Regulating Industrial Alcohol and etc.

As we continue the legacy of our prior successful events, this symposium aims to foster profound discussion on judgments of critical significance such as the Lawyer Summoning case, Pragya Singh Thakur case, Judiciary 3 year practice case and Powers of Governor – Presidential reference case.
