Delhi High Court has decided to partially resume the functioning of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre from June 08.

The decision has been taken in a meeting held on May 30, of the Arbitration Committee of the High Court of Delhi.

The notification states that:

'Hearing rooms of DIAC shall remain inaccessible till further orders. However, parties are encouraged to conduct hearings by video conference. DIAC will assist in facilitating such meetings. The payments will be accepted through NEFT/RTGS only. Detailed guidelines are available on www.dacdelhi.org.'

The order has been notified by Ms Kaweri Baweja, Coordinator/Registrar of the Delhi High Court.
