Delhi High Court has decided to extend restrictive hearing till November 15 in light of growing cases of COVID19 in the national capital.

As per the current mode of functioning, each Bench of the court across the three jurisdictions - civil, criminal, and original - periodically sit for physical hearings while also taking up matters through video conferencing.

As per the new roster, all the Division Benches will sit for physical hearings four times till January 15, except the Division Benches headed by the Chief Justice, and Justice Vipin Sanghi, which will sit for physical hearings on three days during this period.

In Civil Jurisdiction, all the Single Benches will sit for physical hearings for four times during this period except the Single Bench of Justice Jayant Nath which will sit for three days.

In Criminal Jurisdiction, all the Single Benches will sit for physical hearings for four times during the given period.
