Court: The single judge directed that decision in respect of medical condition of appellant’s husband be taken in view of strict medical protocols and that his vitals be regularly monitored. The Court after hearing parties on July 20 passed the following order.
Court: By the order dated July 19, the single judge issued notice in the writ petition and observed that in view of statements made by respondents, no case for interim order was made out at that stage. Single judge also required parties to file reply.
