Sibal: According to opinion of Dr. Anand, this does not indicate requirement more than oral measures. Does not warrant hospitalization or intensive monitoring.

Sibal: One index is medical reports and medical opinion. Whatever was latest we have we placed it. Yesterday 11:28 PM (sample was given). We have a letter by doctor who has been consulting over the years and who was also kept apprise of everything. He has not been clinically examining him but he has given view based on reports and medical history he is aware of. He says there is no immediate threat to his life.

Sibal: We have filed whatever was available to us as medical report.

ASG informs doctors from aiims are present.

Mehta: After your lordships may interact with doctors. I may have a suggestion- what is the position and what can be the position if not immediately attended to.
