ECI penalizing officers for accepting document outside the 11 documents...BLOs issued show-cause notice for accepting document other than the 11 documents...BLOs have given signed statements...

Sibal: No...as proof of residence. BLO can't anyway decide citizenship. Instructions have been issued by ECI to not accept Aadhaar alone. I ONLY WANT AADHAAR TO BE ACCEPTED SO I CAN VOTE.
