Though the directions were later withdrawn, the cause of action survives as per the petitioner
Manan Mishra's tenure is also under challenge before the court in a separate case, where it yesterday observed that he is only a "pro tem" Chairman
Previously, the Court passed an interim order restraining punitive action by BCI against NALSAR students and faculty.
