Breaking: Supreme Court Grants Interin Bail For Mohammed Zubair For Five Days In UP Police FIR Over Hate Speech
Bench adds condition that the petitioner shall not tamper electronic evidence in Bangalore or anywhere else.
#BREAKING Modified Order -Supreme Court grants interim bail to Mohammed Zubair for 5 days in the FIR registered by UP Police on condition that he will not leave jurisdiction of the **Delhi Magistrate** and will not post any tweets.
SG : I will have to interrupt. After this, he will have to surrender before the Delhi Court.
Bench modifies the order : He shall not leave Delhi.
J Banerjee starts dictating order.
SG : May I place the facts on Monday and the order be deferred so that there is no inadvertent mistake.
J Banerjee : We are making our order very clear.
ASG : He is in remand and en route to Bangalore. The bail make take place only after remand.
SG : He is in custody in connection with a Delhi case.

Justice Banerjee says that the Court will grant limited interim bail on condition that he will not move out of the jurisdiction of the court and will not post further tweets.
Justice JK Maheshwari asks SG to exercise restraint.
