Justice Kaul : Why don't you talk to these people?
SG- We need some responsible representatives, so we can be assured that the intervenor will speak to them
The problem is they keep women and children in front.
We have tried to hold several meetings. You cannot hold an entire city hostage under the garb of protests.
Petitioner says strong words have been used in protests.
Justice Kaul- With Twitter and all these things today, tendency to go overboard with every section of society exists.
Justice Kaul : There must be a balance. This could create a chaos.
Lawyer for the intervenor says "we have learned that school buses, ambulances etc are being allowed".
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta opposes "No. There's a complete blockade"

Justice Kaul : Are your intervenors in a position to go and talk to the protesters to go somewhere and mark there protest where roads are not blocked?
Justice Kaul- Democracy works on expression of views. But there are lines and boundaries.
Justice Kaul : Blocking traffic and causing inconvenience is our concern. My concern is if everybody starts blocking roads, maybe due to genuine concerns, where does it stop.
