The Supreme Court will hear today Social activist Teesta Setalvad's Petition seeking bail in the case registered by Gujarat ATS alleging falsification of records to implicate high state functionaries in the Gujarat riots conspiracy case.

On August 22, a bench comprising Justices UU Lalit, S Ravindra Bhat, and Sudhanshu Dhulia issued notice on the plea and posted the matter for today for consideration of interim relief.

ORDER: Matter mentioned by SG Tushar Mehta. He submits that the response to the petition is ready but needs corrections. He assures that response shall be filed on or before Saturday. Rejoinder, if any, be filed on Monday. Matter to be taken up on Tuesday.
