The Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on October 26, 2026, approved the proposal to appoint two persons as Judges of the Bombay High Court.
The Collegium has recommended the appointment of Ajay Sharma, Judicial Member of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai, and Advocate Vaibhav Anant Sugdare as Judges of the High Court.
