Rajasthan High Court has constituted a committee comprising the following 5 (five) Judges, to submit their report on whether the decision of the Full Court regarding working of the Rajasthan High Court on two (2) Saturdays each month, is required to be reviewed:

  1. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sameer Jain
  2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Kuldeep Mathur
  3. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upman
  4. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Yogendra Kumar Purohit
  5. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sunil Beniwal

The Committee is required to conduct individual meetings with the office bearers of respective Bar Associations and Senior Advocates as well as the Chairman of the Bar Council of Rajasthan, and submit its report by January 21, 2026.

This came in the background of the strike conducted by the lawyers of the Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur and Jaipur, against the aforementioned decision of the Court.
