Essential Qualification and Experience
- Candidate should have post qualification experience on 1-3 years.
- Strong fundamentals in Corporate and Contract law.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and transaction documents.
- Support due diligence exercises and data-room management.
- Conduct legal research and prepare notes and summaries.
- Assist senior team members in transaction execution and client deliverables.
- Support regulatory filings and compliance tasks
