Essential Qualification and Experience

- Experience in policy formulation and experience in drafting/vetting governance documentation. - Experience in providing legal opinions, interpretative guidance, and regulatory recommendations on compliance issues on sector-specific frameworks.
- Experience in Legal Documentation & Contract Management.
- Experience in strategic legal advisory focusing on commercial and legal interests of the clients/ organisations Stakeholder Coordination Experience.
- Experience in Statutory Interpretation & Implementation.
