Dua Associates advised Piramal Finance Limited on financing transactions aggregating ₹125 crore for two residential group housing projects in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The transactions involved financing of ₹80 crore to Akarsh Dwellings Private Limited for its residential project, Adarsh Primrose, and ₹45 crore to Adarsh Developers for its project, Adarsh Stratuss.
Dua Associates' mandate encompassed transaction documentation and title verification for both projects. The transaction team comprised Prateek Bedi, Angad Varma, Rahul Goyal, Bhaskar Mishra, Prashant Kumar, Vaibhav Tripathi and Pushkar Athreyas.
