UNUC Legal LLP Launches Italy Desk for International Arbitration and Cross-Border Dispute Resolution
UNUC Legal LLP has launched an Italy Desk to facilitate legal cooperation and cross-border dispute resolution between India and Italy.
The Desk has been established in professional cooperation with Mr. Pietro Rovati, an Italy-based legal professional associated with PR Law, who will serve as the principal contact person in Italy. The initiative is intended to facilitate professional collaboration, cross-border legal coordination and engagement between legal practitioners and businesses in the two jurisdictions.
The Desk will focus on international commercial arbitration, cross-border dispute resolution, infrastructure and construction disputes, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC)-related matters, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
The initiative has been coordinated on behalf of UNUC Legal LLP by Rajesh Chhetri, Joint Managing Partner; Anmol Wadhwa, Partner; and Mehar Upadhyay, Operations Manager.
