With over 25 years of experience each, the three Founders have built law firms of considerable standing and market recognition. Maneck N. Mulla began his career with his family firm, Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, before becoming a Partner at Wakharia & Wakharia Advocates & Solicitors (affiliated with Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, New York). In 2010, he founded M Mulla Associates, a full-service law firm that regularly advises Fortune 500 companies, high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Maneck serves on the (India) Country Focus Group of the International Cotton Association, Liverpool, an arbitral body governing 80% of the global cotton trade, and has also served as an examiner for the prestigious articled clerks examination conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. His practice advises some of the top real estate developers, businesses including Pan-India retail giants and investors across the full lifecycle of complex real estate and infrastructure projects.

Notably, 'Anand and Naik', a joint venture between 'Naik Naik & Co.' and 'Anand and Anand', for Media & Entertainment and IP Practice in Mumbai, that has been successfully operating since 2021, will continue independent of this strategic alliance.
