The Netherlands Desk has been established in professional cooperation with 4DArbitration, a Netherlands-based arbitration practice, with Mr. Bouke Boersma serving as the principal contact person in the Netherlands.
The Desk will focus on international commercial arbitration, cross-border dispute resolution, infrastructure and construction disputes, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
