Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai through its Centre for Mediation and Research (CMR) in collaboration with Centre for Arbitration and Research (CAR) has announced the launch of its Online Certificate Course on Mediation, titled “Short-term Certificate Course on Mediation” (15 Hours), starting from 19th June 2026 to 24th June 2026 using Zoom Platform from 02:00 PM to 04:30 PM every day.

The course aims to provide participants with a foundational understanding of mediation, mediation laws, dispute resolution mechanisms, mediation processes, and international commercial mediation. The Programme is designed for students, professionals, academicians, and individuals interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms. The Programme is expected to strengthen awareness and capacity-building in mediation while also generating academic engagement and institutional outreach for the University. Upon successful completion of the course, the registered participants will be given an e-certificate.

Course Date: June 19th, 2026 – June 24th, 2026

Timing of the Session: 02:00 PM-04:30 PM (each day)

Duration of the Course: 6 days, 15 hours, 2.30 hours per session

Eligibility:

Any person pursuing a degree or Graduated from any discipline may apply for the Course.
