Admission Notification: NUALS 5 Year B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) 2019-20

Eligibility

• The candidates under this category should have passed an examination recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) under Indian System, securing not less than 45 % of marks in the aggregate.
• The candidate must have studied the English language as one of the compulsory subjects in 10+2 or equivalent Higher Secondary School Examination.
• Candidates who are appearing/appeared in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply. However, they should submit the result of their qualifying examination within the stipulated time notified by the University.

Application Fees

• The candidates may also remit an application fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) by way of Demand Draft drawn in favor of 'the Registrar, the National University of Advanced Legal Studies' payable at Kochi/Ernakulam.
• The duly filled in application form along with the application fee shall reach the office of the undersigned on or before 30th May 2019.

How to apply?

• Interested and suitable candidates are required to apply in the prescribed format provided in the official notification with the following documents:
• Copy of the statement of marks in the Qualifying Examination (i.e. an examination equivalent to 10+2) recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi;
• Percentage Conversion Certificate from the School/Board, in case of Grades (if applicable);
• Copy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate;
• Copy of the Passport of the Sponsor;
• Copy of the valid Residence Permit of the Sponsor;
• Certificate from the Indian Embassy of the respective Country to prove the valid NRI status of the Sponsor;
• Undertaking from the Sponsor for extending financial support to the candidate during the entire duration of the Course, stating the relationship with the candidate;
• Demand Draft for Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) drawn in favor of 'THE REGISTRAR, THE
• NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ADVANCED LEGAL STUDIES' payable at Kochi/Ernakulam
