NLU Delhi: Insolvency And Bankruptcy International Moot Court Competition 2021-2022

Centre for Transnational Commercial Law, NLU Delhi, supported by the IBBI and the UNCITRAL RCAP, in collaboration with INSOL India are organizing the International Moot Competition on Insolvency and Bankruptcy 2021-22. The inaugural edition of the competition was held on 28-29 October, 2017 at NLU Delhi.

The theme of the 2021-2022 edition is 'Cross-Border Insolvency'. Shortlisting of teams will be based on the quality of submissions. The shortlisted teams will make oral arguments on merits to industry experts acting as judges.

The competition will be held on a virtual platform, due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. In case there is an improvement in circumstances and change in applicable Government regulations, the decision taken will be informed to the participants.

Registration

Registration can be done by sending an email to insolvency@nludelhi.ac.in, with the subject- "Registration for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Moot 2021-22" with the registration form and a copy is required to be sent to contact@insolindia.com.
