In a high-octane and entertaining cricket match played at the Feroz Shah Kotla Cricket Grounds in Delhi on Wednesday, Chief Justice of India-XI set a score of 155 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs.


It did not come as a difficult target to chase for the SCBA-XI which beat Chief Justice-XI in just 17.1 overs with a loss of five wickets.



 

Post the match, Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra and Chief Justice-designate Justice Ranjan Gogoi presented trophies to the winners and the runners-up.


Senior advocate Yasobant Das bagged the title of ‘Man of the Match’ while his teammate senior advocate Rakesh Khanna was declared the ‘Best Bowler’.


Justice Siddharth Mridul and Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre from Chief Justice-XI turned out to be the ‘Best Batsman’ and the ‘Best Fielder’, respectively.


The captains of the participating teams were also presented mementos.

SCBA member executive Rajiv Kumar has also presented a trophy for organising the SCBA Cricket Tournament- 2018.
