The Supreme Court will pronounce pronounce judgment on Monday on the preliminary issue whether to refer to larger bench the petitions challenging the Presidential Orders issued under Article 370 on August 5 and 6 to repeal the special status of Jammu and Kashmir.

A 5 judge bench comprising Justices N V Ramana, S K Kaul, Subhash Reddy, B R Gavai and Surya Kant had reserved orders on this preliminary point on January 23.
