In Puttaswamy, the right of privacy was protected. We are not before the SC on caveat. We request that our data be protected and not used against us.

Our contention is that we have filed an SLP before the SC.
We are asking for an adjournment on both the applications
Bench: Insofar as the ED matter is concerned, the prayers before the SC are almost identical.
