SG- if court issues interim order it will be promoting horse trading in such a case where entire stable is moved
J Khanna- everyone has said floor test must be conducted in 24 hrs
SG- Court is Constitutionally barred from managing the house. Court can interfere if there's horse trading, but here there isn't
