On Sept 30 the govt had informed the situation. A media facilitation centre was established, regular interaction and communication sent to them to disseminate information.

Did anyone point out that the govt, on affidavit, said this was the situation.. before saying over 100 days lockdown, 7 million people, etc, SG asks.

SG on Ayushman Bharat- it was said that the scheme cannot be availed due to no internet. It's a scheme for the poorest of poor, which does not require internet. Patients don't pay. It's the doctors that take a risk as they are paid at a later stage
