SPP says one is the internal report of BARC and the other is the forensic analysis report. 

SPP says both the reports are part of the charge sheet. He states one of the reports names the channel.

SPP says there are two different reports.

Mundargi- The entire press conference was based on BARC's report.

SPP says the commissioner got to know of the BARC report a day before the press conference

Mundargi - This report was submitted by BARC only in December

Court now wants to see CP Mumbai Police 's affidavit.

J Pitale now wants to see that part of the Commissioner's press conference.

"Here there is a clear statement that the analytical report which BARC has submitted"

Mundargi - Only after Romil was arrested they call for the report from BARC for the first time in December 2020. The CP was relying on in the Oct 8, 2020 press conference.

SPP says it's not that there is no evidence.

Mundargi- If there is sufficient material why are they not made accused

J Pitale agrees with Mundargi, suggests that interim protection can be given and then the investigation can continue
