Raju: To refine their strategy, conspirators formed the Delhi Protest Support Group (DPSG) for achieving their goals of terror incidents. For the communication and flashing the message, a WhatsApp group i.e., DPSG was also created.
Some so-called students of Jamia were also added in this DPSG group. To activate the students of Jamia, another group i.e., JMI Coordination Committee with WhatsApp group JCC was created on the instruction of DPSG member Umar Khalid.
JCC WhatsApp group was created using a mobile number, procured on fake documents which is a clear indication of dubious nature of usage that the number was put to and the hidden object that was sought to be achieved.
Raju: They started instigating students at Jamia and Shaheen Bagh. They adopted a model of Chakka-Jaam in the name of protest and planned to convert it into disruptive Chakka-Jaam at appropriate time, disruption of supplies and services essential to normal life and attempting to dismember constituent provinces of India from the Union of India.
The motive of disruptive Chakka-Jaam was killing and injuring Police personnel and non-Muslims on a mass scale and to damage the Government as well as Private property by engineering communal riots. It is relevant to note that Sharjeel Imam has written thesis on riots and his knowledge of accumulating critical mass for engineering riots is reflected in his speeches along with the communal tag which is ex-facie apparent
Raju: this resulted in death of 59 and one police officer was lynched. these happened because of these conspirators, more than 530 people injured. Something what happened in the scales of what happened in Bangladesh or Nepal played.
At the outset, it is respectfully submitted that the respondent/state is setting out the brief facts only for convenience of understanding the broad contours of the criminal conspiracy hatched for execution of riots intended for achieving the final “regime change” goal. It does not in any manner supplement or substitute the requirement of law as contained in Section 43D(5) UAP Act, 1967 for deciding the bail applications, or appeals arising therefrom, which requires the allegations to be examined from the report made under Section 173 of the Code the Chargesheet.
For purpose of conspiracy, they had various whatsapp group. one was DPSG to carry what is chakka jam, dharma etc. One was MSJ-Muslim students of JNU, JCC- Jamia Coordination Committee.
To achieve their goals, Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam broke the secular fabric of JNU and created a communal WhatsApp group i.e., Muslim Student of JNU (MSJ) and also used Student of Jamia (SOJ), a visibly and explicitly communal group in an integrated manner, to instigate and mobilize the students of these institutes in large scale under the leadership of Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam
Raju: I must point out, intellectuals when they guide and become terrorists, they become more dangerous than those working at the ground. These are real prey, and because of state support-state fundings and subsidies, they become doctors and activists- these types of activists are dangerous. There is a narrative made that he's an intellectual when bail applications are filed.
CAA protest was a red-herring, and whitewash-real purpose was regime change, economic strangulation etc.

Third thing he says he about Kasmir-trying to provoke Muslims. Fourth, he says about triple talaq-maligns the court. He says-nani yaad diladenge. He talked about babri masjid. Ultimate aim is regime change. He talks about government change. After babri masjid, they did not have sufficient strenght for protest, same for Article 370 and triple talaq and therefore, when CAA Bill was to be passed, they got an opportunity. This was at the instance that they would garner support.
