Essential Qualification and Experience
Chairperson
• A person who is or has been a Chief Justice of a High Court or a Judge of a High Court or an eminent person who fulfils the eligibility' specified in clause (b) of sub-section (3) of the Manipur Lokayukta Act. 2014 which is a person of impeccable integrity and outstanding ability having special knowledge and expertise of not less than 25 (twenty-five) years in matters relating to anti-corruption policy, public administration, vigilance, finance including insurance and banking, law and management and not less than 50 (fifty) years of age.
Judicial Member
• A person who is or has been a Judge of a High Court.
For Member other than a Judicial Member
• A person of impeccable integrity and outstanding ability having special knowledge and expertise of not less than 25 (twenty-five) years in the matters relating to anti-corruption policy, public administration, vigilance, finance including insurance and banking. law and management and not less than 50 (fifty) years of age.
