Essential Qualification and Experience

Chief General Manager

• Minimum 23 years post qualification relevant experience (at least 5 years in a Senior Management position) for Chief General Manager in any of the following organization / entities: 1. As Full Time Officer/ Executive in the Legal Department of the Public Sector undertaking or a statutory corporation. 2. As Full Time Officer/ Executive in the Legal Department in a Central / State Governments/Undertaking/Institution. 3. As Full time Officer/ Executive in the Legal Department in a Central / State Regulatory Body. 4. As a Judicial Officer in the Judicial Service of any State. 5. As full time Executive / Officer in the Legal Department of a Listed*Private Sector Organization/Company of repute. * Listed companies would mean and include companies listed on NSE or Group A & B of BSE.

• Candidate should have experience of working in any of the following areas: I. Arbitration (including commercial arbitration) & Conciliation matter, Industrial /Labour Law matters and other dispute resolution mechanisms. II. Drafting & Vetting various Legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions, handling legal matters pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters etc. III. Handling litigation (Civil, Consumer and Criminal) before different Judicial/Quasi Judicial Forums. If all things are equal, preference will be given to candidates having experience in Oil & Gas /Petrochemical Industry.

General Manager

• Degree in Law ( full time) with minimum 50% marks from recognized University/Institute in India.

• Minimum 21 years post qualification relevant experience (at least 5 years in a Senior Management position) for General Manager in any of the following organization / entities: 1. As Full Time Officer/ Executive in the Legal Department of the Public Sector undertaking or a statutory corporation. 2. As Full Time Officer/ Executive in the Legal Department in a Central / State Governments/Undertaking/Institution. 3. As Full time Officer/ Executive in the Legal Department in a Central / State Regulatory Body. 4. As a Judicial Officer in the Judicial Service of any State. 5.
