Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers retired from Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Court having pensionary benefits who held analogous post in level 13 or above on regular basis in the parent cadre and possessing the requisite qualification and expertise.

• Degree in Law from a recognized university.
