• Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university in any discipline of Social Work/ Sociology/ Child Development/ Human Rights/ Public Administration/ Psychology/ Mental Health/ Law/ Public Welfare/ Community Resource Management; or

• With a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with 2 years working experience in of Social Work/ Sociology/ Child Development/ Human Rights/ Public Administration/ Psychology/ Mental Health/ Law/ Public Health (10+2+3 system)

• Should be a computer literate.
