JoyceLaw Represents FrontRow In Its $14 Million Series A Fundraising

JoyceLaw represented FrontRow, a learning platform for non-academic skills, in raising USD 14 million in Series A Funding led by Eight Roads Ventures and GSV.

FrontRow's existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners and Elevation Capital, along with angel investors including Vishal Dadlani, Raftaar, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal, Nitin Gupta, Anshoo Sharma and Farid Ahsan.

Founded in 2020 by Ishaan Preet Singh, Mikhil Raj and Shubhadit Sharma, FrontRow offers skill-based paid courses in genres such as cricket, music, and comedy. These courses are taught by celebrities and experts.

The team at JoyceLaw, led by Deepak Joyce (Partner), Mohit Aggarwal (Counsel), Rohit Abraham (Associate) and Chirag Mangal (Associate) advised FrontRow on the transaction.
