Kochhar & Co., Bangalore acted as the counsel to Phoenix Robotix Private Limited, a leading technology company in automation and industrial IoT, and creator of the pioneering 'Datoms' platform, on its Series A equity investment of INR 25,00,00,000 (approx. USD 2.76 million) from leading venture capital investors, including Big Global Investment JSC, YourNest Innovative Products VC Fund III, and IvyCap Ventures Trust Fund III. The funds will be deployed to strengthen product and technology capabilities and for the expansion of the company's enterprise intelligence platform across asset-heavy industries. The company also plans to enhance its AI and analytics engine, deepen automation features, and accelerate development of predictive maintenance, performance optimisation, and energy management solutions.
