Raj Dev Singh, Former Partner, King Stubb & Kasiva Joins The Young Jurist (TYJ) As Senior Equity Partner (Senior Jurist)

Raj is now leading the Commercial, Compliance & Corporate practices of TYJ from its Head Office in New Delhi, India.

Raj Dev Singh has joined The Young Jurist (TYJ) – Jurist, Advocates & Solicitors, a full-service national law firm as Senior Equity Partner (Senior Jurist) to reinforce the firm’s Commercial, Compliance & Corporate practices.

Mr. Singh has over a decade long experience in handling a wide range of matters in corporate, commercial, civil, and cross-border disputes, public administrative judicial review, insolvency-related disputes, and shareholder disputes. He is an expert in domestic and international commercial arbitration disputes relating to banking and finance, infrastructure litigation, and white-collar crimes. Additionally, as a domain expert, over the years, he has been advising various corporate giants, government authorities and global clients for matters pertaining to Legal Metrology, Food Laws, Drugs & Cosmetics areas and other allied laws as well.

He has formerly led the dispute resolution practice at King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK), and advised clients in the areas of Labour and Consumer Laws, Manufacturing, Legal Metrology, Food, Drugs & Cosmetics, while handling their commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
