Among the 12 legal professionals promoted at Dua Associates in 2024, the firm has announced the elevation of Principal Associates, BG Gaurav Mandappa, AT Chandirasekaran, Gaurav Kapur and Nityashjit Kaur to Non-equity Partners effective April 1, 2024.
The Firm has always been quick to recognize merit and talent and this promotion acknowledges the newly minted Partners' strong work ethic and commitment that have helped them move into this new position.
They are based at Dua Associates' Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgaon offices and will continue to focus on their practice areas of Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Corporate & Commercial. BG Gaurav Mandappa practice is predominantly focused on representing clients before the High Court of Karnataka and the Trial Courts in civil, commercial, criminal and property disputes, while AT Chandirasekaran is a real estate practice expert. Gaurav Kapur has been involved in advising and representing clients in various domestic & cross-border transactions. Nityashjit Kaur's experience extends to legal due diligences, advisory on corporate laws, foreign direct investments, SEBI Regulations, labour laws and employee related matters.
With these promotions the partners tally at Dua Associates stands at 70.
