AMS Legal has announced the opening of a new office in Coimbatore, expanding its presence in Tamil Nadu. Alongside the expansion, the firm has onboarded three lawyers to strengthen its corporate and litigation practices.
According to the firm, the Coimbatore office has been set up to better serve clients in the region, particularly those operating in the manufacturing, textile, and technology sectors.
New Appointments
· Rishitha Kishan, who joins from Vivriti Law, will be part of the firm's dispute resolution practice and has experience in commercial litigation.
· Maruthur Vinoth Karthik, formerly with ARK Law Associates, has litigation experience, including in matters relating to white-collar offences.
· Suganya, who was previously associated with King & Partridge, has experience in traditional legal practice and will work with the firm across practice areas.
The firm stated that the Coimbatore office will function as a full-service hub, offering legal services ranging from real estate due diligence to complex commercial litigation. By establishing a physical presence in Coimbatore, often referred to as the “Manchester of South India”, the firm aims to provide localized legal services to its existing and prospective clients in the region.
