Dua Associates Elevates Seven Principal Associates As Non-Equity Partners
Dua Associates has elevated seven Principal Associates to the position of Non-Equity Partners as part of its 2026 promotions.
The newly elevated partners are Kunal Ketan Parekh, Raghavendra Ross Divakar, Mohit Sharma, Shreema Sarkar, Kapil Saxena, Bhaskar Mishra and Lisha K.T.
In addition, the firm has designated ten Senior Associates as Principal Associates and promoted nine Associates to Senior Associates.
According to the firm, the promotions recognise merit, talent, professional commitment and strong work ethic demonstrated by the professionals across practice areas.
The promoted professionals are based across Dua Associates' eight offices and practise in areas including Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Arbitration, Corporate Law, M&A, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Real Estate Law and Intellectual Property Rights.
With the latest elevations, the total number of partners at Dua Associates has increased to 86.
