In the light of the continuing COVID-19 crisis, the Telangana High Court has issued a circular to extend the suspension of work of subordinate courts, tribunals etc in the State till June 30, until further orders.

The cases which are listed up to June 30 will be adjourned automatically en bloc to a working day after one month, which will be uploaded in the District Court website as well as CIS.

All judicial officers have been instructed to take up urgent civil, criminal cases, Family Court matters such as custody, visitation rights and maintenance, and cases ripe for final disposal via video conferencing. They may also hear cases from Courts instead of from their homes through video conferencing.  The judicial officers may also instruct the staff to attend the office on turn basis to assist the Court.
