Foresight Law Offices has announced the induction of Advocate Sidhant Dhingra as Senior Partner. His addition is expected to strengthen the firm's dispute resolution and commercial litigation capabilities.
Mr. Dhingra's practice focuses on commercial disputes, with an emphasis on understanding underlying business relationships and developing structured approaches to resolving conflict. He holds a finance qualification from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, and a law degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. His prior experience in the garment manufacturing sector gives him exposure to operational and transactional considerations in commercial matters.
He has been practicing in New Delhi with a team that works across multiple jurisdictions. His work includes appearances before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and various district courts and consumer forums.
