In view of the rising covid 19 cases in the national capital, the Delhi Government has extended its lockdown by another week and will continue till May 3 in order to curb the spread of the covid 19.


The decision came on Sunday wherein the Delhi Chief Minister Mr. Arvind Kejriwal announced the extension while addressing a press conference.

The Delhi Government had on Monday announced a complete lockdown in the capital starting from April 19, 10 PM until April 26, 6 AM in the morning.

The National capital recorded a total of 24,103 covid positive cases on Saturday with a total 357 deaths.
