Dramatic twist happens in Narada Case in Calcutta High Court.
Justice Arijit Banerjee says that interim bail be granted to 4 arrested TMC leaders - Firhad Hakim, Madan Mitra, Subrata Mukherjee and Sovan Chatterjee.
Acting Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal differs and says they must be kept in house arrest.
Interim-bail issue referred to larger bench, in view of the difference in view, the question of interim-bail has been referred to larger bench.
Meanwhile, accused ordered to be in house arrest.
Calcutta High Court orders that the arrested four TMC leaders be kept in house arrest and all medical amenities be given to them.
Lawyers now argue for interim bail.

Acting CJ says that the constitution of larger bench is an administrative matter, and will be done in due course.
He adds that the copy of the order will be uploaded soon.

Bench pronounces the order : Arrested persons can access files, meet officials but only through VC. Whatever work they are doing for public, let it continue.
Refuses the request of CBI's plea for stay of the order.
The bench will re-connect in a few minutes to finalize the order.
Bandopadhyaya says he invites Solicitor General, Singhvi and Luthra to Kolkata as his guests.
Singhvi in lighter vein : Don't get the Solicitor arrested.

SG : Not just tea or coffee. I would have requested Mr.Bandopadhyaya to take us to some good places of kulchas or rosogollas in Kolkata.

Acting CJ Bindal says it is nice to see lawyers in lighter mood. "Mr.Bandopadhyaya got slightly touchy because of his client", Acg CJ Bindal comments.
Solicitor General winds up saying that he is praying for stay of the present order.
Singhvi in lighter vein : It is said that if both parties are dissatisfied with the order, then the court has done something correct.

Bandhopadhyaya says Firhad Hakim is working 24*7 for COVID vaccination related matters. His presence necessary for COVID work in Kolkata. So necessary to give him access to files and permit him to meet officials.
