The Supreme Court Collegium has approved the appointment of a Judicial Officer as a Judge of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the Supreme Court Collegium held on September 10, 2026, according to a statement issued by the Collegium.
The Judicial Officer approved for appointment is Shri Yash Paul Bourney.
