    World Law Dialogue is a global platform for young people from around the world to come together and debate on issues of prime concern facing the world. The first edition of dialogue will take place from 29th - 31st August, 2013 at Dharwad, India. It is being organized by Alexis Centre for Study and Research in Law at Karnatak University's Sir Siddappa Kambali Law College (Previously known as University College of Law, Dharwad)

    The dialogue will have more than 100 Delegates from around the world divided into 5 Working Groups to engage in 3 Days of Intense Discussions and Legislation Drafting. Focus Areas of the Working Groups are Education, Healthcare, Information Technology, International Relations and Women Empowerment. The post event report of the Dialogue will be sent to UN, Government of India & Government of Karnataka respectively.

    The dialogue will have both Formal and Informal Events. Formal Events include Keynote Presentations, Participant Presentations, Panel Discussions, Focus Group Sessions and Action Group Meetings. Informal Events include Global Village, Cultural Night, Dance and Musical Performances.

    Confirmed Speakers include Dr. Adish Aggarwala (President, International Council of Jurists),
    Harish Salve (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India),  Prashant Bhushan (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India), Shailesh Gandhi (Former Central Information Commissioner),
    Prof. (Dr.) Faizan Mustafa (VC, NALSAR Hyderabad), Dr. T.R. Subramanya (VC, KSLU Hubli), amongst others.

    The last date to apply is 31st July. Some spots are vacant for the last minute entries.
